Did you know SQMC's our heritage is actually found in practical, manufacturing quality control?

Long before management systems, certification audits, and compliance frameworks became commonplace, SQMC’s late founder worked within real manufacturing and inspection environments — where quality was something practical, visible, measurable, and deeply connected to workmanship, traceability, consistency, and pride in the job.

That heritage continues to shape the way we train today.

Our Manufacturing Quality & Inspection Workshops are designed to help organisations strengthen operational quality awareness across warehouse, goods-in, inspection, production, and support functions — using practical, relatable training built around real-world manufacturing challenges.

Rather than overwhelming delegates with theory, we focus on helping personnel understand:

  • why quality matters
  • how problems develop
  • where risks emerge
  • and how everyday decisions influence customer confidence, compliance, efficiency, and product integrity.

Why SQMC?

At SQMC, we believe quality is not created by the Quality Department alone.

Strong quality cultures are built when operational personnel understand:

  • what good looks like
  • why controls matter
  • how issues develop
  • and the role they personally play in preventing problems before they reach the customer.

Our training combines:

  • practical manufacturing realism
  • quality management expertise
  • operational experience
  • and plain-English delivery

to create workshops that are engaging, relevant, and immediately useful within real working environments.

Flexible Delivery Options

Workshops can typically be delivered:

  • virtually
  • on-site at your premises
  • or at selected training venues across Europe

Many workshops can also be tailored to reflect:

  • your products
  • your procedures
  • your quality risks
  • your NCR history
  • and your operational challenges.

"A very worthwhile course that gives me - as a relative newcomer to 'Quality' - a very good understanding of the ISO 9001 'bible'."
