How can this course increase my value at work, and help my professional development?

About the Standard.

ISO 45003:2021 describes how to manage psychological risk in an ISO 45001-based Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system. It enables organisations to prevent work-related illness and injury to their employees and other interested parties and to advance workplace wellbeing.

It may be used by organisations of all sizes and across all industries and sectors to create, maintain, and constantly enhance safe and healthy working environments; and will form an important and sizable element of an overall, ISO 45001-based Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

About the course.

Our ISO 45003 Awareness course provides an introduction to the standard and its requirements, and covers topics such as the definition of psychosocial risks, the impact of these risks on individuals and organizations, and strategies for managing and mitigating these risks.

Additionally, we'll consider the importance of employee well-being, the legal and regulatory framework surrounding workplace health and safety, and the benefits of implementing ISO 45003.

The course is designed to help your staff understand the importance of managing psychosocial risks and provide guidance on how to implement best practices to create a healthier and safer workplace.

About the tutor.

This highly participative and thought-provoking workshop is led by Jennie Clark, a 3rd party certification body auditor and system implementer, who has a particular interest in this standard and its benefits.

Jennie is the author of 'Simple Systems' - a series of easy-to-read guides to management system standards: ISO 9001 (Book 1), ISO 45001 (book 2), ISO 22301 (book 3), ISO 14001 (book 4) and Effective Auditing (book 5)...with more to follow.
