Special Requirement for CQI & IRCA-Certified Courses, only:
For CQI & IRCA-accredited training courses (such as our ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course), we are required to collect and share specific personal data with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) and their authorised partners, including exam providers. This may include your name, contact email, course information, exam results, and, where applicable, a photo ID and proctoring data.
You will be asked to review and accept the CQI’s Learner Privacy Notice before your course begins. This notice explains in full how your personal data will be used and stored by CQI and their service providers.
We don’t share data with anyone else unless legally obliged to.
6. How We Store & Protect Your Data
Your data is stored securely in password-protected systems. Access is limited to authorised staff and tutors. We regularly review our data protection practices and do not keep data longer than necessary.
