SQMC is your organisation's Quality Management training supplier. We look forward to working with you soon, to help you develop your skills as an ISO 9001 Internal Auditor. Here is some information to help you - and your colleagues - get the most out of your training.

Did you know that it takes an average of 23 minutes to refocus after interruption or distraction? This is the findings of a University of California Irvine study, and backs up what we've always found at SQMC, as professional trainers. For this reason, we politely request that all participants' mobile devices are switched off when in the training suite.

Attendance at all sessions is a requirement of the course, for full certification. There is no final, formal exam. Instead, you will be assessed during a series of less stressful, practical, and written exercises, throughout your training.

Successful participants will be awarded a digital Certificate of Achievement from the Scottish Quality Management Centre. This will be sent electronically – normally within 14 days after you complete the course – and is easy to print, upload to your LinkedIn page, etc. If you’d like to purchase a physical (card) certificate for your own personal files, you can order them for £17 + vat surcharge.
