As I composed my response, I thought I would share the frustration we all feel in the business of organising training events! :-D
Hello Louise,
I am still waiting to hear from people who cannot commit to training dates because of holidays, days off due, school holidays, school in-service days for teachers, mid-term holidays, school in-service days for pupils (which means parents and partners take time off), dental appointments, maternity leave, ante-natal classes, ante-natal fatherhood training classes and post-natal time off for parents and partners!
It is a miracle we are given a date when people are actually free!
