About your course.
SQMC is your organisation's Quality Management training supplier, and we've been asked to provide a course exploring the subject of Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Here is some information to help you and your colleagues get the most out of the session.
Did you know that it takes an average of 23 minutes to refocus after interruption or distraction? This is the findings of a University of California Irvine study, and backs up what we've always found at SQMC, as professional trainers. For this reason, we politely request that all participants' mobile devices are switched off when in the training suite.
Attendance at all sessions is a requirement of the course, to qualify for a digital Certificate of Attendance from the Scottish Quality Management Centre. This will be sent electronically – normally within 14 days after you complete the course – and is easy to print, upload to your LinkedIn page, etc. If you’d like to purchase a physical (card) certificate for your own personal files, you can order them for £17 + vat surcharge. Please contact our office to arrange this. please contact us directly to arrange it.
But why did it happen?
If that’s the question echoing through your workplace… it’s time for Root Cause Analysis.

This 1-day Root Cause Analysis course gives your team the skills to dig deeper and fix issues properly – saving time, money, and repeat headaches.
