ISO 9001:2000 Documentation And Quality Manual Requirements

Workshops

This SQMC workshop has been designed to assist technical staff with the re-writing of suitable documentation to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, and the needs of the company for an efficient Quality Manual. It is based upon ISO/TR 10,013:2001 "Guidelines for Quality Management System Documentation".

This workshop will run from 9am - 5pm. The participative programme consists of lectures, syndicate work, and individual assignments relating to ISO 9001:2000. A comparison of the 1994 and 2000 versions of the Standard is included.
